EndorseMe Help

This site explains what EndorseMe does today and how to use it, and the regulation behind the nurse practitioner (NP) pathway in Australia. It is written for registered nurses working towards NP endorsement, nurses qualified overseas, and NPs who are already endorsed.

What EndorseMe is

EndorseMe is a workspace for your NP journey. It keeps your record in one place:

  • Your advanced practice hours and statements of service, counted towards the 5,000 hours, or your recency hours once you are endorsed.
  • CPD, with certificates and reflections.
  • Your Master CV, with versions and exports.
  • Case exemplars and portfolio evidence, mapped to the NMBA standards.
  • People and letters: supervisors and referees who can support your application.
  • Qualifications, your program and Pathway 2 units.
  • The AENP-40 application and a presentation pack to prepare your submission.
  • The Sim, where you practise consultations with fictional patients and get practice feedback.
  • NP reference tools for MBS items, PBS prescribing, pathology and imaging, plus professional development and the members community.

You decide what goes in and what you submit. EndorseMe organises evidence and professional records. It does not decide eligibility, and it does not submit an application or decide whether you will be endorsed. That is for the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).

A note on accuracy

Each guide describes the app as it works now. Where a feature is not open yet, the guide says so. The regulation pages were last checked on 5 October 2026 against the official Ahpra, NMBA and government pages they link to. Rules can change, so check the official page before you apply or submit anything. The regulation pages are general information only, not legal or regulatory advice.
