Notes in the Sim
Open Notes from the header in any room. A panel slides in where you can type your own working notes.
- Only you see your notes. They stay with this practice case.
- Notes save by themselves a moment after you stop typing, and again when you close the panel.
- If a save does not go through, the panel says "Not saved yet. We'll keep trying." and tries again. Your text is kept.
- Notes are short working notes, up to 4,000 characters. They are not a clinical record.
- After the case ends, your notes stay readable but you cannot change them.
The case is fictional, but build the habit: do not type real patient details into any note.
